Building a custom casket.

First, you would need to call and speak with Todd or Candi about scheduling and answer a few questions. A few things we will discuss, when will you need the custom casket? What size casket you will need, standard or oversize. If oversize, we will discuss those options with you. Once we have determined we can accommodate your requests and timeline, you can move forward with purchasing your casket online.

Second, we will discuss your ideas for the design. If there are pictures or logos you want included in the design, those would need to be emailed asap. We can do a custom design or modify an existing design that we already have. Third, you will receive a design proof of the casket for your approval. It is time sensitive to respond back as quickly as possible with approval or if changes need to be made. Production cannot start without approval.

After approval, it takes 2 days to build your casket.

A lot happens quickly. Depending on the options selected we start gathering materials and working on the interior, plus we start stripping a perfectly good casket. The hardware (corners and lugs) is sent to the paint booth for custom painting. The printing/lamination process for the wrap is then started.
