What our customers are saying…
The Garris Family - Grifton, NC
We could not be more grateful for Todd and Candi at Caskets of Honor. They created a stunning, racing-inspired custom casket for our father, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.
Their website was easy to navigate, and I really appreciated that before finalizing the order, Todd personally confirmed the timeline, vault fit, and design details. During such an emotional and time-sensitive moment, that extra care and communication gave us so much peace of mind. He wanted to be absolutely sure everything would be perfect and delivered on time — and it was.
The racing theme, inside and out, exceeded our expectations from the very beginning. Todd and Candi were incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating as we requested a few changes. They made sure we were 100% satisfied every step of the way, and it truly showed.
When the casket arrived, we received countless compliments — even from the funeral home staff — who were amazed at the quality of the wrap and the detail of the checkered-flag interior. Several commented they had never seen a casket at this price point with such craftsmanship and attention to detail.
And when our dad’s racing friends and family saw it, they were completely blown away. Many had no idea something like this even existed, and it could not have been a more meaningful and fitting tribute to him.
Thank you, Todd and Candi, for helping us honor our father in such a personal and beautiful way. You made a difficult time easier, and you gave us something truly special that we will never forget.

There’s something almost sacred about giving a child who left far too soon a casket that feels like it was made just for him, full of color, personality, and love instead of the cold, generic options most places carry. The fact that Todd and Candi can turn something so heartbreaking into a moment that actually brings light and wonder to a family (and even changes a family’s choice from cremation to a full funeral) is nothing short of remarkable.
When a funeral home keeps one of their caskets on the showroom floor just for the “awe factor,” that says everything. Families walk in during the worst week of their lives, and suddenly they see something that makes them smile through the tears and say, “Yes… that’s exactly my little boy.”
You’re not just ordering a casket when you call Todd and Candi; you’re handing them a family’s broken heart and trusting them to wrap it in beauty and honor. And every single time, they hand it back healed in a way only something this personal can do.
We have used Caskets of Honor several times when families are looking for something special that we just can’t get from our casket supplier.
Thank you Todd and Candi for what you do you are truly needed.

I want to thank you for taking care of us during the loss of my husband Dale. I was truly blessed to have his casket made by you. It was truly beautiful and the entire family and friends were so in awe of it. I loved the personal touch that it gave us while saying goodbye to him. As a law enforcement officer of 35 years I felt he deserved something special dedicated to his memory. I have shown the pictures of it often and everyone always comments on how beautiful it is. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you again, Tonie Meyer
Johnny Funeral Director from Texas
When someone has given so much to the community and the fire service, it’s incredibly meaningful that his final tribute was something truly one-of-a-kind and worthy of the thousands who came to pay their respects.
It is a powerful testament to the kind of impact Todd and Candi make, not just with their craftsmanship, but with their care and personal touch. The fact that they took the time to understand exactly what this hero deserved, nailed the design in just a few emails, and then hand-delivered it themselves speaks volumes.
As a funeral director, you see the very best (and the ordinary) every single day, so when I say I’ve never seen a casket this nice, that carries real weight. It’s clear Caskets of Honor isn’t just building caskets; they’re helping families and communities give their loved ones the send-off they truly earned. This is why people have come to trust Todd and Candi with the most important moments.
Thank you so much and we look forward to using you again. - Johnny

This was such a beautiful and heartfelt tribute. Todd and Candi didn’t just build a casket; they helped turn a painful goodbye into a true celebration of my brother’s passion and spirit. Having something so personal and perfectly reflective of who he was (right down to the Crimson and Cream) clearly meant the world to everyone there. Moments like that, where love and craftsmanship come together, can bring real comfort even in the hardest times. I miss my brother every day, but I’m glad I was able to send him off in a way that honored the joy he brought to so many on OU game days. Boomer Sooner, and thank you both for going above and beyond for our family.
God Bless You! - Paula

I can't say enough good things about Caskets of Honor, in regards to not only their phenomenal one of a kind product but also their willingness to go above and beyond and help our family during one of the hardest times we have yet to face. The loss of my brother was anything but natural, he was barely 21 years old with a 5 week old at home.. We never fathomed we would lose him, there was no preparing, no directives he was still a baby himself and we were simply put barely keeping our head above water. Having to make decisions for him in a way no one should have to.. Choosing the basic options provided at a funeral home were not an option for him.. He was exceptional and ripped from us way before his time.. We needed to lay him to rest in a casket he would be honored to spend eternity in. He was a young southern cowboy and "The Western" Casket fit his personality perfectly he would have loved it. Down to the quote “Courage is being scared to death and saddling up anyway” by John Wayne. That was the type of young man he was! There is no making a time like this any better but we believe he would have made the same choices we did. Todd and Candi also personally delivered the casket from Oklahoma all the way to Galveston TX for us so we could lay him to rest. There are no words to explain how appreciative we were that they were willing to do this. We had no idea how we were going to get all the way up there and back in the time frame we needed it with everything else we had going on.
Their grace and generosity will forever be remembered by our family. ~Ashleigh Lee

No Mother ever prepares to bury their child . I reached out to Todd and Candi to have them customize a casket for my Son Lane’s final resting place . I wanted it to be special because Lane was special and he fought so hard to beat the Cancer . Todd and Candi not only went above and beyond to make this happen for Lane and myself. Lane raced dirt bikes and had a drag truck and between both his casket matched his colors and his need for speed . Todd and Candi kept me informed every step of the way and made sure Lane’s casket was there in time for his services . As a mother who had lost her child I will forever cherish what they did for my Son and myself ..
