Caskets of Honor is committed to delivering every casket with care, dignity, and professionalism. Because many of our products are handcrafted or customized, delivery times may vary depending on the design selected and level of personalization.

Production Time

Many of our caskets are custom-built after an order is placed.

Estimated production times vary based on:

  • Product selection

  • Custom artwork or personalization

  • Material availability

  • Current production schedule

Customers will be provided with an estimated completion date when their order is confirmed.

Shipping Methods

Orders may be delivered by:

  • Commercial freight carrier

  • Local delivery

  • Personal delivery by Caskets of Honor (when available)

  • Customer pickup by appointment

The shipping method will be determined during the ordering process.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be provided before the order is finalized.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Expedited production

  • Expedited shipping

  • Residential delivery

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Special handling requests

Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect the shipment upon delivery.

If visible shipping damage is present:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Take photographs of the packaging and product.

  • Notify Caskets of Honor as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

We will communicate any significant delays as soon as practical.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-routed due to incorrect information.
