Returns, Cancellations & Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Caskets of Honor, every casket is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-built or personalized, our return and cancellation policies differ from those for standard retail items.

Custom-Built & Personalized Products

Most Caskets of Honor products are made specifically for each customer.

For this reason:

  • Customized or personalized caskets cannot be returned once production has begun.

  • Personalized artwork, engravings, custom interiors, colors, themes, or other customer-approved design elements are non-refundable after production starts.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

If materials have already been purchased or production has started, cancellation fees may apply to cover costs already incurred.

Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.

Returns

If a standard, non-custom product is eligible for return, it must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned only after receiving authorization from Caskets of Honor.

  • Be returned within the time period communicated at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or shipping damage.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.

If damage is discovered:

  • Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.

  • Take photographs of the packaging and product.

  • Contact Caskets of Honor as soon as possible.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve verified shipping damage claims promptly.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Defective Products

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.

We will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or another mutually agreed solution.
