Our Commitment to Quality

At Caskets of Honor, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every casket we build. Each casket is carefully inspected before it leaves our facility to help ensure it meets our quality standards.

Limited Warranty

Caskets of Honor warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use at the time of delivery.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser unless otherwise required by applicable law.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects, including:

  • Defects in workmanship

  • Structural defects resulting from manufacturing

  • Hardware defects caused by manufacturing

  • Finish defects that were present at the time of delivery

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Shipping carrier damage (handled separately through the carrier claims process)

  • Improper handling after delivery

  • Accidents

  • Misuse

  • Alterations made after delivery

  • Normal aging or wear

  • Natural variations in wood grain, color, or other handcrafted materials

  • Customer-approved custom design choices

Because many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations are considered part of the unique character of each casket and are not defects.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly and provide:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Order number (if available)

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs showing the concern

Our team will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Resolution Options

If a valid warranty claim is confirmed, Caskets of Honor may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the defective component

  • Replace the product

  • Provide another appropriate remedy

Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, this Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Caskets of Honor and replaces any other express warranties.

Our liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
